We wanted to live in a community that had this, because we moved from Clayton county that didn't have one, and the crime was just getting out of hand. We are sending our money to a guy named Richard Perry that is the president. We want a meeting and he will not contact us. He has called the law office that did our closing and was the witness on our covenants. The letter I received from the law office will not give me dates when we can elect a board from the homeowners within our community. What can we do legally.
