This goes to anyone who wishes to give advice in helping homeowners keep thier home THEIR CASTLE.
I can't begin to thank you for your courage and to ask for some assistance in doing the same.
I am facing loosing my case and request ANY HELP AND ADVICE.

PROFILE: I am being sued by my HOA/ Haven Management for a violation of the almighty cc&r's. My trail starts today and I'm in desperate need of asistance.I searched the web alnight to gain some knowledge to help my case. If anyone can help or give me some guidance I sure need it! Hi,
1. Start emailing everyone you know and directing them to www.ahrc.com
2. In my area, Columbia, South Carolina, I am starting a mass newspaper run informing people of the Evil HOA/CAI!!! And pointing them to the www.ahrc.com website. I am working out the details and should be running it soon. (est. cost $10 per Sunday run)
3. Print out fliers and post them on cars at movie theaters on the weekend. (Check for hot sellers... Spiderman will be one)

Hi
I am just starting the battle with HOA - I am in the fine stage and battling an alleged violation - but was not aware of the abuses going on all over the nation.
I agree we need to stop this abuse and the CAI
What is the status of this case..I live in Nevada, where do I start to get help and how can I help AHRC in battling the CAI
