1. FRAUD Happens!     Can I lead you in the direction of an Order made by (Senior) Judge Arthur Fudger you ask?....I can name that tune in 2 words...FRAUD Happens!...in my opinion of course!!! Well hey, forget my opinion, just read the Appeals Court Brief in the Writ of Prohibition against British Judge ADELE P. GRUBBS. After filing a Petition for Writ, based upon Judge Grubbs' repetitive and replete violations of law, a pending Writ temporarily ceased the lawless barrage. Enter Judge Arthur Fudger, a frequent weapon used against those, who assert their rights or defend their own interests (see also www.WendyTitelman.com). Judge Fudger WITHOUT ANY Assignment to the case publishes on July 7th an "Order" dismissing the subject Writ. However, there was no document or notification of Fudger's assignment, much less acknowledgement in the court record for Civil Action Number (CAN) 05-1-0437-18. Never fear, rules of the court, statutory law, constitutional protections...they're NO concern for a man who can fudge! Upon presenting this fatal defect to Judge George Kreeger, the last judge with proper jurisdiction in the Writ Matter and a person friend or official in Judge Grubbs latest nuptials, via a Motion to Declare Order Void based upon O.C.G.A. 9-11-60 (a), Judge Kreeger falsely asserts Fudger was assigned and he holds the document to prove it. This claim was made in court on 8/11/05. Looking like a spotlighted deer, I explain to Judge Kreeger, there is no such document in the case file for CAN 05-1-0437-18 as of this morning (8/11/05). He then throws a document at me, and repeats the document was found in the record, go see for yourself. Unfortunately both Andy and I, along with 11 upstanding citizens witnessed, there was no such document in the case record for the Writ maintained by Clerk Jay Stephenson. Instead the altered document assigning Judge Fudger, after we raised the issue in pleadings, was housed in a SECRET Judges case file 05-1-0002 titled "Judge v. Judge". Unfortunately, the secret files contained stashed documents where litigants have no clue, and the documents are subsequently and conveniently NOT included on appeal. Quite a convenient trap door to justice aye? The document allegedly assigning Fudger, had been faxed to Judge Kreeger at 8:44, the night before our hearing (8-10-05), quite convenient wouldn't you say? It came from the 7th Judicial District, headed at that time by Chief Judge Bodiford's good buddy, none other than Judge Jon Bolling Wood of Douglasville notariety! In this backdated "Order of Appointment of Judge", faxed on 8/10/05 at 8:44 pm according to the fax footer, was allegedly signed on May, then altered to read June 3, 2005, but purportedly stamped into the court record of CAN 05-1-0002 on 06-13-05! Now that's some creativity. But best of all, the myriad of fraudulent efforts perpetrated by and conspired to included a host of notables: Judges Kreeger, Wood, Grubbs, and Fudger of course, to include assistance by Clerk Jay Stephenson of Cobb and Clerk Jodie Overcash of the 7th Judicial District, along with Cobb County Attorney Dorothy Bishop's favorite tag team member Asst. Attorney General Rebecca Mick, Judge Grubbs representative counsel. And the punch line to this most heinous of nighmares, putting political corruption and judicial misconduct front and center, had to be the physical document itself. For you see, with all those power players seeking to codify literal fraud, Judge Fudger was according to the document assigned ONLY to "preside over the Motion to Recuse Judge Ingram in the case of J. Andrew and Kathryn Rice v. Judge Adele L. Grubbs Civil Action Number 05-1-0437-18." What's so funny or where is the punch line...there was NO Recusal or involvement of Lark Ingram in the Writ against Judge Adele Grubbs. So Fudger was literally assigned to a Motion that did NOT EXIST! FUDGER POSSESSED NO JURISDICTION TO RULE ON ANY JUSTICIABLE MATTER IN CAN 05-1-0437-18. But as you might imagine, that did not stop his most ARTful! Judge Fudger published on July 7th, 2005, an Order allegedly/fraudulently dismissing the pending Writ against Judge Grubbs. Magically Asst AG Mick authored a threat of contempt and request for legal fees to County Attorney Bishop via our personal address, relying upon Fudger's void order. Next Judge Grubbs proceeded in step, with the same 'big bang' following Fudgers creative writing assignment of the 7th to dismiss everything in which the Rices had any involvement currently pending before the Courts. The summary, when you need a job done, no matter how vile, fraudulent, or ludicrous, there's one man who can fudge, when no other will do. That's right Judge Arthur Fudger, he's your man! No jurisdiction, rules of the court, or 'rule of law' required. Asst AG Mick, County Attorney Bishop, Attorney Calhoun, and Judge Grubbs bet the odds on Art, and next thing any confused litigant with delusions of justice knows, even with a total lack of jurisdiction, you too can have an escorted trip to the Supreme Court with regard to a Writ or perhaps the GA Court of the Appeals (a virtual Never Never Land), with Clerk William Martin III, as your tour guide.
