CALIFORNIA HOMEOWNERS AND FLORIDA HOMEOWNERS NEED TO UNITE TO DEFEAT THE ASSOCIATIONS. IT IS REALLY BAD HERE IN FLORIDA, JUST LIKE CALIFORNIA,
THE ATTORNEYS CROOKS.. THE ATTORNEYS START DEVELOPMENT COMPANIES,AND TITLE COMPANIES, THEN SO CALLED DEVELOP AN OLD HOTEL, SELL CONDOS, THEN 2 YEARS LATER THE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY FOLDS ITS BUSINESS, AND THE ASSOCIATION CHALLENGES THE TITLES TO THE CONDOS
IN A LIEN/FORCLOURE ACTION. WHEN THE OWER CANNOT AFFORD THELIIGATION, THEY SELL VERY CHEAPLY. AT A LOSS OF $
MANY CONDOS HERE HAVE BEEN FORECLOSED ON BECAUSE THE OWNERS ADDRESS IS INVALID BECAUSE THE ASSOCIATIONS. TOLD THEM TO USE THE CONDO. ADDRESS. THEN WHEN THE MAIL COMES THE ASSOCIATION.READS IT AND THROWS IT OUT BECAUSE THE MAIL GOES OVER THE FRONT DESK OF THE HOTEL PART OF THE CONDO/HOTEL.
