3. Good Luck and it's time to make a stand.
Good Luck! I was in a suit where I built a 12X16 shed and the neighbor behind me said he would sue the board for not upholding the CCR.

The ACC's were a draft that were never voted on or adopted by the homeowners and they stood on the fact the the president one individual adopted them.

The only reason I gave in is my father and mother both found out they had lung cancer. I lost my father shortly after and mom is still fighting.

Don't give in we need to make a stand. I would request the meeting minutes of the ACC when they were adopted and accepted and are they recorded with the county clerks office.

Does your CCR's indicate how ACC can be changed spefically thay the Board can do whatever they want or the homeowners need to vote any changes or ammendments to either the CCR's or ACC's.

You can always get the Board removed by bringning a motion and having the homeowners vote them out this is usually in the CCR's.

Good Luck and it's time to make a stand.
