Hello,
First let me say that I thoroughly enjoy your site and appreciate the effort that goes into educating the public in an area that no one else dares to address.
I am a homeowner in Texas and my HOA is experiencing legal conflict with the management company, and two vendors that have a contract to provide the same service for our community. I am concerned about the HOA incurring legal fees because the management company may not have properly terminated the contracts with the original vendor before engaging in the new contract.
There are terms like "torturous interference" being thrown around and various implications of malicious intent. I am concerned, I get the impression that what is really going on has not been brought to the homeowners and we are the ones who will be left holding the bag.
We have two servicers currently. Our lawyer says he cannot advise us at this time regarding how we should go about paying two bills or which one to pay. Additionally, our credit can incurr an infraction if we fail to pay on either of the bills because neither vendor will pull out and they both believe they have the enforceable contract.
What can be done about this, where do I begin to protect myself?
I don't know where to begin.
Thank you for any help you could offer .

I agree whole heartedly that homeowners seeking justice have a voice through The American Homeowners Resource Center -- AHRC. It appears their mission is to get he word out via the internet, since the media will not and have not printed our story. They, our opponents, do not control the freedom of our voice on the internet, so let's make the best use of this vehicle to educate the policy makers, the legislators, the media and the public at large.
More and more persons seeking the truth are finding AHRC's pages, and those of other advocates, and the professional reporters will see a new view of homeowner associations that will help our cause.
I cannot over emphasize the need to publicize events, contrary statements by our opponents and the fundamental principles being violated with these defective homeowner associations.
