"The Devil Never Sleeps."
We must not give up trying to make ourselves heard. Until there is effective action by our elected representatives, and outside legislation and control, it does not bode well for anyone living in HOA's at this time. If there is any way possible, my best advice is to MOVE while you can still get out. I wish I had years ago. It's sad but true, and I thank my lucky stars that boards and management cannot use physical force to "get their way" as they do in so many other countries in our world. HOA's here are just a small taste of the suffering that so many people live in day in and day out, with no way out unless a war takes place and the "old regime" is ousted, with the hope that the "new regime" will in fact be different.
We must make our legislators aware of the necessity for rapid and effective change, and move out of HOA's for their own protection and preservation of some small semblence of "real life.
Good luck to all, and God bless...
