I have personally never seen such corrupt courts as the Orange County Courts..
I have a Army Soldier who is not even allowed to file papers and they are regularly throwing her in jail for even trying.
NOT even a soldier is safe from the corruption, and the JAG is refusing to do anything.
They already took her home, her kids and her car is behind..
This is why she fought in Iraq?
This is why she must stay within the confines of the constitution while her rights are terminated without due process, jurisdiction or even reason.. Just on the orders of a Hot Head Sheriff, and a corrupt judge who thinks he owns the court house that belongs to we the people.

Free legal advice costs you nothing and may turn out to be worth the price.
Yes, you are correct that this is a null judgment. However, they can still try to collect this without further Court actions. Also it is a public record and may show up on your credit report.
So, I would recommend that you file a "Motion to Vacate Null Judgment".
This is a stock motion and a legal document service should be able to prepare it for you if you aren't familiar with preparing Court pleadings yourself.

The California State Bar, the San Diego District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis, the California Attorney General, the Calfornia Courts, the IRS , and the FBI have a duty to investigate these numerous home foreclosure fraud reports of Peters & Freedman and colluding judges..
These judges were informed about what Peters & Freedman when they took the homes of attorney George Harder, Melissa Colburn , the Hockleys and others.

I was never served. They went into court and received a default judgment against me, and since I have never seen the case I have no idea what it is they "won." But, their judgment is "void" since I did not recieve any service -- IF they try and come after me for anything, any time, "void judgments never die" and I can challenge it in any court they try and drag me into.
A judgment shown to be void for lack of personal service on the defendant is a nullity.] Sramek v. Sramek, 17 Kan. App. 2d 573, 576-77, 840 P.2d 553 (1992), rev. denied 252 Kan. 1093 (1993); Janove v. Bacon, 6 Ill. 2d 245, 249, 218 N.E. 2d 706, 708 (1953);Wilson v. Moore, 13 Ill. App. 3d 632, 301 N.E. 2d 39 (1st Dist. (1973)
When an interested party fails to appear at a proceeding because of a lack of constitutionally adequate notice, the outcome of the proceeding is not binding on the non-appearing party. New York v. New York, New Haven & Hartford Railroad Co., 344 U.S. 293, 73 S.Ct. 299, 97 L.Ed. 333 (1953); Smith v. United States, 403 F.2d 448 (7th Cir.1968).

Sharon:
2005????? That's a long time ago! Isn't there someone you can call (at your area's courthouse) to find out what that's all about????? And if time has actually run out (legally and procedurally) for them to do anything about it?
Seems like if Peters & Freedman was going to do anything about it, they would've done it by now?????
