CALIFORNIA COURT ORDERS SILENCING OF HOMEOWNER VOICE - Freedom of Speech and the Housing Financial Crisis - April 17, 2008 - By Peter Amherst - Washington, California
A California judge attempted to silence a webssite Wikileaks.org, a website where people around the world expose public corruption.
Another California judge is again attempting to silence American Homeowners Resource Center and AHRC News for for exposing home foreclosure fraud and corruption.
To ensure that your webcontent remains published and accessible to all, please look for a reputable foreign ISP and ask for a fixed IP address!
Then, include this fixed address, like a phone number on every publication and most of all every single page published.
That way, even if your enemies succeed in steeling your domain name, your published work remains untouched.
As an analogy, the domain name is only a name in a gigantic directory, linking a name (ahrc.com) to a 'number' needed to arrive at your site. Consider it to be a gigantic phonebook.
Example: Would you need a phonebook to look up your friends phone number?
No! You have it in your head and dial it directly!
Please, for the sake of stopping the cancer, please DO IT. TODAY.
Move your domain registration AWAY from NetworkSolutions to responsible registrars. Ask your foreign ISP for advice.

ROBERT DUDLEY in California wrote:"Lets hope you win round two." Yes indeed! Let us all hope and pray that Elizabeth wins every single time she goes up against Peters & Freedman, from now on!
But let's also continue to work as hard as we can in each of our own states, as well as on AHRC, to rid each of our own state's -- and the entire nation -- of homeowners associations!

I called network solutions and they told me that the AHRC web site has been restored.
Perhaps the information from the California Appellate Court was not received in time for them to adhere to the stay order. You need to post this up to date information. It certainly is a victory for free speech.
Lets hope you win round two.
Thank You

GREAT!!!!! Now, this order needs to be sent immediately to:
Lillian Verne German
Deputy Chief Counsel
House Committee of the Judiciary
House of Representatives
Washington, D.C. 20515
Via Fax #202-225-7680
------------------------
Homeowners - write your letters to her to look into this case! It doesn't have to be anything fancy or technical. Just let her know you are "Joe Homeowner" who supports AHRC and denounces this "foreclosure" on freedom of speech!!!
Something is better than nothing and she needs to be made aware of this most recent ruling and that AHRC deserves to stay in the hands of the homeowners not the foreclosure lawyers.

If she's the one who did it, yes, it was. And judges who are cohorts of predatory lawyers all over the country are doing the same thing. But we homeowners are on to their predatory schemes now and we're publicizing them -- also all over the country. We're reciting facts and law details and naming names.
Won't be long before none of them will dare to show their prey-seeking heads in the light of day. :-)

AHRC Responded to Jan's question:Please continue posting on AHRC.com. ok, will do.
AHRC also wrote:The California Appellate Court ordered a stay on the Commissioner - Temporary Judge Jane D. Myers' illegal order to turn over AHRC.com domain to Palacio del Mar Homeowners Association. YEAAAAA TEAM !!!!! GOT GIT 'EM, AHRC !!! We're all right here beside ya -- all 3 million of us -- every step of the way. :-)Palacio del Mar board members have has been misappropriating homeowners maintenance dues, violating the non-profit IRS laws and providing a phony front for Peters & Freedman's litigation foreclosure business for their own personal gains. HOA board members and their CAI lawyers tend to do such things regularly.
Methinks it takes an entity like AHRC, and at least one HOA homeowner advocate in each state who has the will and the guts to fight the same fight AHRC is fighting to cut them all off at the knees, legally, in order to start the beginning of the end for all such power-and-money players, all over the country. :-)

To Elizabeth McMahon and all Concerned American Citizens:
If the California Courts allow this outrageoous attack on freedom of speech against Elizabeth McMahon to remove their public service web site AHRC.com etc... then the American Constitution is dead and every citizen who fought for this nation fought in vain including my dear, diseased husband. USAFD M/Sgt Rudy L. Vance who died in vain form WW 11 injuries and my chidlren who served in Vietnam with no compensation for service related illness etc.
I urge ALl Americans to join me in protesting this attack on our Constitutional rights, the attacks on our
1) freedom of speech,
2()property rights,
3) Human rights
Orange County Commissioner Jane D. Myers support of the dictatorial homeowner association actions is a complete violation of all homeowners constitutional rights and freedom of speech and proeprty rights.

This really stinks!!! But at least the website hasn't been shut down. A google search of AHRC will still bring us to the right place. Keep up the battle!
