Thank u very much for thought -provoking article .
Meanwhile It is expressed with deep sense of regret and grief to read about the sad news under AP : SHOOT-OUT BY SWAT TEAM AS HOMEOWNER DID NOT PUT DOWN HIS GUN.and would like to extend my heart -felt sympathies to the concerned families for an irreparable loss which it seems based upon the facts stated in consideration of humanity could have been averted.
It is matter of grave concern that anger and frustration has come to this stage.
In the absence of details and the circumstances that led to it, I am not in the postion to comment further and I am sure that law enforcement authorties must be looking in the subject.
IT IS ALSO FELT THAT FBI MAY ALSO LOOK INTO THE SUBJECT IF DEEM FIT.However it can be stated that it takes two hands to clap for which I am sure that it shall be investigated that BOD/HOA had imposed legtimate fines and fees and what efforts were made to resolve the issues and what efforts are being made by HOA so that such unfortunate incidence do not re-occur in future.SUCH CASE STUDIES MAY BE HELPFUL FOR REFERENCE TO OTHERS.
It is strongly suggested that it is high time BOD/HOA/ Members may endeavour their best to bridge the gap .Moreover it is also felt as stated that it appears that lapses if anyhave taken place for COMPLAINCE AND ENFORCEMENT OF THE SUBJECT and as I feel as part of fiduciary duty to the humanity Concerned State Government and its entities viz Attorney _General , Justice Department may also look into the subject in the manner deem fit if necessary so that such lapses may not occur again and those responsible for one reason or other may be dealt strongly if any as per law of the land.
I have no words to express my sorrow for this horrifying act and do not know when we shall be able to live in PEACE AND LET OTHERS ALSO LIVE IN PEACE in the present state of affairs to be read in letter and spirit in the context.
Feedback on the subject thru these columns for only record and reference purposes shall be highly appreciated as part of case study.
