  Too all those with ahrc:

You know many you can count on! There are others you can count on, too, you just don't know it!

Just ask for the help you need!

2. File complaints with the Attorney General
In early 2008, on Martin Luther King day, the U.S. Attorney General publicly announced an inititive to prosecute foreclosure fraud, and in doing so encouraged victims to file a complaint, stating that it would no longer fall of deaf ears.

The article is posted somewhere on Courthouse Forum.com and it contains an address where you can submit the complaint. Or, you may be able to find the article by googling the U.S. Attorneys speech on Martin Luther King day, or similar search terms.

FILE COMPLAINTS AND MAKE IT CLEAR THAT YOU ARE DOING SO IN REPONSE TO THE ABOVE PROMISE OF THE Attorney .General . IF THEY DON'T FOLLOW THROUGH THAN BE SURE TO POST IT HERE ON AHRC AS WELL AS COURTHOUSE FORUM.COM

1. It is expressed with deep sense of gratitude to Honorable Congress to look into the affairs as reported
It is expressed with deep sense of gratitude to Honorable Congress to look into the affairs as reported . It is a matter of regret that for one reason or other we have landed up in this unfortunate plight for which lot of families have been put in embrassing positions due to foreclosures and credit mess which I feel could have been averted and led to violence .Moreover the sad story of Daughter committed suicide for reported eviction sometime back as seen at ahrc.com.

However I trust it may bring GOOD for the days to come.

I am of the opinion that Ca State - Department of Justice may if deem fit about Foreclosures and related incidences in the best interest of Humanity if deem fit at the earliest . And I feel it shall make the difference.

This has also resulted in revenue loss in terms of Property taxes etc due to Housing mess as reported in the media.

It is to put on record that the affairs and concerns have ample room for improvement and I also feel that it is high time that the GOVT agencies may also get involved into in Public interest.

I would like to extend special thanks to AHRC and like minded media who have left no stones unturned to focus the issues to avoid reoccurrences in the interest of all concerned.

It is felt that with the involvement of media may also draw attention of State and Federal agencies about the plight and hardships of Homeowners wherever applicable if any and may result in the corrective steps accordingly.issues are so complex and co-related for which I wish for an early recovery.

Needless to mention if the Govt agencies /media may come forward from time to time the progress made or in nutshell feedback shall be highly appreciated thru these columns.

With kindest regards,
Ravi Kapoor
