UPDATE: Mr. Richard Fine has advised AHRC News Services staff that he will be making all the briefs , including the brief he files with the Federal District Court this week, on AHRC.com. Please thank Mr. Fine for providing that information to AHRC readers. We look forward to reading Mr. Fine's legal arguments in his own defense.
Since the briefs are all public record, would it be ok with Mr. Fine if readers of his briefs published/posted his briefs, or excerpts from his briefs, on web sites and forums in each of our own states?
I ask because I believe that knowing the details of Mr. Fine's experiences in California would help all of us in every state to overcome what we believe is the almost complete corruption of our state judicial systems -- as concerns homeowners associations -- by all of the major "players" in the HOA industry nationwide.
