JUDICIAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS FULL DISCLOSURE LAW

Proposed Law To Require Justices, Judges and Other Judicial and Administrative Officers to Disclose Conflicts of Interests

April 14, 2008

By Richard I. Fine

4. we should know all of the facts and law around what happened to Mr. Fine there in California.
While I fully agree with Comment Nos. 1 and 2, it seems to me that along with attempting to get Mr. Fine's Disclosure Act through our own legislatures, we should know all of the facts and law around what happened to Mr. Fine there in California.

That is, would it be possible for Mr. Fine to have someone copy and then post here on AHRC:

(1) the trial transcript where his license was taken away from him, and
(2) his brief, in his own defense, to the California Supreme Court?

I know these can be fairly long documents but I believe we homeowners, and the rest of We The People in these United States, should have ALL of the facts and law around what has happened to Mr. Fine before we attempt to try to get his Disclosure Act enacted in each of our states.

Why? Because, at least here in Colorado, many of our public officials -- from the top right down to our (private quasi-official) HOA boards of directors and their voter cabals -- appear to be corrupt to their very cores. They certainly are NOT going to want such disclosures as law in my state or their states.

So, with that in mind, my thought is to concentrate on REMOVING THESE CORRUPT PUBLIC OFFICIALS FROM OFFICE at the same time we're trying to convince our legislators and Governors to enact Mr. Fine's the Disclosure Act for our states. We homeowners can do that by publicly letting We The People voters in every state know what happens to anyone who tries to stand up to the corrupt among us (like Mr. Fine).

Does anyone remember what happened in Nazi Germany? Don't think it cannot happen here. It can. It can happen anywhere that the citizens of a country become complacent and apathetic about the things their governments -- local, state and federal -- are doing.

Let's not let that happen here in our country. Our Founding Fathers gave us a Constitutional Federal Republic form of government when they created our Constitution which gave We The People the power to prevent future governmental leaders such a thing from ever happening here. And they gave us our Declaration of Independence which provides the backup for that power. Let's use that power peacefully, if we can, and wisely. And let's use it NOW.

3. Send out those letters everyone to all your elected officials, and congress people.
  This is great!

Shirley, and Mr. Fine-THis is exactly what we need to do.

Send out those letters everyone to all your elected officials, and congress people.

We are starting a movement here and we are going to WIN!

God Bless.

2. Laws are not made to benefit the masses but rather to serve the interests of politicians and their major contributors
Unfortunately, laws of this type are rarely enacted because the very people making law are cut from the same cloth as those this law is supposed to address.

Our society has elected a pack of wolves to guard the proverbial hen house.

Laws are not made to benefit the masses but rather to serve the interests of politicians and their major contributors. Honor, values and morality is certainly in short supply among our "leaders".
