I was looking for help for a long time, and still did not lose hope to find it. I live in Pennsylvania . Our Homeowners Association board of three individuals stealing moneys from Association in the head with president who is being president for 38 years already.
This is her town, she grew up here, she went to Philadelphia State University , and she married guy who is former Director of Admission Office. So she built up a kingdom for herself, where she keeps people to collect money, to move them out and new for a while in to help her to pay for everything else she has even outside of Homeowner Association . She enjoys her power to hire whoever she wants to do very limited simple job around condominium and play with money and manipulate people.
I was the one who stood up against all violations of the law. Everyone in my family was punished because of my action. The president brought us to court that was set up for unpaid fraudulent assessments and for my complaint of discrimination that Government failed to investigate. She turned against my family whole town. Every attorney, bunch of them that I spoke with, saw and assured me of violations in HOA. But when president's attorney contacted them and explained who president is everybody did back up and would not help us. I am not weak, but even I was destroyed and ran away from that town. I think I made right decision.
Do not pay fraudulent judgments for artificially expended attorney's fees for president's attorney (also called Association attorney), who helped the president to hide all violations of the law. And the president went so far that was hard to believe. She set up foreclosure fraud to move us out of our house and to get her attorney fees paid by us. Government stayed aside. Housing and Urban Development ,HUD, did not take my complaint. Anyway they said that nobody can sell our condo, but it was set up again, it was bought. The Sheriff's office completely assisted Ms.HOA President.
Finally I found new attorney who just moved in the area from Washington DC. As all attorneys in our town she also found all major violations of the law without difficulties, and unfair (set up) judgments. She took our case. I did not recognize her after she filed an appeal. She was different person. She forced us to accept all abuse and fraudulent charges, to pay her expended fees and to pay other attorney expended fees. She harassed me by phone through email, when I was away from the area, to sign an agreement to other side satisfaction and to close case in their favor. They scared my husband to death, which was afraid to lose one source of income his job.
I wish to expend details of that horrible story with any reporter. Local reporters were shut up.

I have been saying for years, that what needs to be disclosed concerning any foreclosure, anywhere in the USA, is who EXACTLY is doing the foreclosing?
The traditional media outlets, including the press, needs to start telling the truth and exposing the money trails. Those victimized, deserve their day in court, and due compensation from these gangs of thieves, no matter where they may be in the USA.
Let's start holding accountable those whom have done so much harm to innocent homeowners and their families. There truly may be a "Terrorist Next Door," to so many vulnerable. They just masquerade as neighbors and in far too many cases BOARD MEMBERS!
