IN A NUTSHELL: This is Richard Fine's crime:
http://www.lalegalpad.com/2008/01/attorney-fine-t.html
Tarzana attorney Richard Fine is charged with moral turpitude with a recommendation by California State Bar Court Judge Richard Honn that Fine be disbarred, the Los Angeles Daily News reports.
Honn alleges in state bar documents that Fine "filed meritless lawsuits" to retaliate against judges who ruled against him.
Fine alleged Los Angeles Superior Court judges hadn't disclosed the nearly $40,000 paid to them annually by the county, on top of their salary, in cases where the county was a party.
Fine argued his case at state Supreme Court, who haven't ruled yet.
Fine told the Daily News that the California State Bar began action against him because he filed cases against judges - rather than his earlier cases against the state legislature and governor.
According to the newspaper, "legal observers say the case against Fine is unusual."
The state Court of Appeal in San Diego will hear oral arguments in February in a lawsuit, filed by Judicial Watch alleging the nearly $40,000 given by the county to judges as a extra benefit are a gift and waste of public funds.

IMO - Without a doubt that there seems to be this big corrupt corporate machine funding the California "justice" process.
From mediation and arbitration - money making schemes that accomplish nothing other than giving away one's case to the enemy, to the brethren lawyers who are all too cushy with each other, to having "retired" judges sitting on the bench who seem to careless how they rule or how they behave because they are the ultimate "untouchables".
I envision an old fart leaning back in his padded arm chair, with his dirty cowboy boots up on the desk, eyes closed, snoring from time to time, and taking 15 minute smoking breaks every 45 minutes enabling the lawyers to shake hands, stand around, chit chat, and whisper about the various conflicts of interest they have, on the client's DIME!
I can just hear the gears of this money machine spinning to extend this or that hearing, to file this or that motion, every "objection your honor" is like the ka-ching of cash dropping into their slot machines, all of which is a means to launder another few thousand more dollars from the ignorant cash cow clients.
The first and only time ever being involved in litigation, I can say without a doubt that it was such a rude awakening to see people be laid out on the cold slab of "just-ice". Very disturbing. A modern day public lynching. That's what it is.
When you think you are going to be enganged in seeing the wheels of justice turning "for the people" and operating under rule of law, decency, and equity - I was literally sickened to my core coming to the grim realization that, "Justice seems to be nothing more than an organized crime sanctioned by our government and run by glorified mobsters."

Everyone should take the time to copy and submit, although I don't have much faith in the result, as our authorities are illusions .
DO IT ANYWAY
