Just thought everyone would like to know what CAI says:"AHRC is one of a number of websites across the nation which are "consumer advocates" or "anti-homeowners association," depending on your point of view. A recent article in the CAI National Magazine (Common Ground), had this to say about AHRC, quoting CAI's Chairperson of its California Legislative Action Committee:
Some of the other [advocacy] organizations that from time to time we may come up against, we can usually work out our differences.... This organization [AHRC] is absolutely awful. They put hyperbolic jaron on to simply incite and anger homeowners who don't know any better." Well, since I am from Pennsylvania, I'm not expected to know better. I'm too busy holding on to my gun and worshipping my God!!! Talk about hyperbolic jargon!!!!!! Well, gotta run - got some fresh roadkill to take care of!!!!
Seriously folks, this cannot be allowed to happen. I went through this before when I was exposing mortgage servicing fraud - the "powers that be" attempted to shut us down, ignored our warnings, ridiculed us, gave us the name of "deadbeat", "disgruntled" "sub-prime" all to silence us. The result of those actions and "disbelief" is the economic meltdown we are now experiencing.
My advice? Immediately download all documentation. Immediatly open another domain, transferring all information to said site. If Peters and Freeman want the name, let them have it, my suggestion for a site? CIAfraud.org or commongroundfraud.org.

IF they take away our first amendment right, then the Second Amendment must be invoked. The domestic enemies of our constitution crawl in our back yards. The housing industry and the CAI have been undermining our constitution with these adesion contracts that contain fraudulent terms because these terms infer that we surrendered our God given rights (and numerated constitutional rights) in exchange for a big developer's product (a house to be used as a homestead property).
Contracts cannot waive constitutional rights unless expressly numerated and waived in the contract - even then it's not possible to violate such protections, is it? No, the supreme law of the land is the Constitution, and anything that is in conflict with the constitution is VOID.
It is against public policy and common decency to see a Mandatory Association Foreclose in America for trivial "debt", especially when the legal fees and fines accumulate to more than the original amount owed, and then multiply 10-100-1000 fold over and above the original "debt" in the blink of an eye. We call this extortion racketeering where I come from. A fitting acronym for this behavior: Mandatory Association Foreclosing in America = MAFIA. If you do not like being branded MAFIA, quit acting in this fashion!
This behavior cannot go on, it must stop and it must stop NOW. What's happened in the past is done. What happens from this day forward will determine the next wave of response to this horrible infestation of organized crime and extortion practitioners.
Threatening foreclosure on a homestead for non payment of HOA dues makes you a member of this MAFIA, and you must be treated as criminals going forward. The castle maxim is alive and well in the USA (especially in Texas), so take your chances and don't be surprised to find out where Jimmy Hoffa now resides - first hand.
Domestic tranquility shall be restored when there is no more threats of Foreclosure to collect non-profit corporation dues. The use of foreclosure threats to get more than the original debt (legal fees, etc.) is interpreted as EXTORTION, which is a CRIME. Any means is justified to protect property (including finances), that includes the use of deadly force. If you don't use foreclosure and threats of foreclosure, you won't have anything to worry about. CEASE AND DESIST and there won't be any escalation of defense against your ORGANIZED CRIMINAL ACTIVITY.

If you have never lived in a homeowner association, be very very careful about considering one now if you are in the market to buy a home. NOBODY can even begin to describe the seriousness of matters such as the very real risk of becoming bankrupt or worse, foreclosure of one's home by an HOA.
And now - "Foreclosure on Freedom" (c) ??!! This is insanity. No wonder HOA's are referred to as "COMMUNES" - the short of communism.
This attempt to squelch freedom of speech is the ultimate insult to freedom loving Americans!
When an HOA is in the clutches of HOA industry vultures who have sunk their claw$ into an HOA's carotid equity - BEWARE! In the blink of an eye, your life in an HOA could become a living hell and the carotid equity getting sucked dry could be from your homes!
Remember - There is NO SUCH THING as a good HOA.
SO WHY TAKE A CHANCE??? Just tell your realtor HOA NO WAY - lest you end up as the scatological remains of the HOA industry vultures.

I was told by a friend that I am "a defendant" in this, what appears now to be a witch-hunt defamation lawsuit against AHRC. (01CC14684; Peters and Freedman v. AHRC; Orange County, CA) However, I have no idea of what I have done to offend Peters and Freedman, and, no one in their office wants to give me any information, and can't seem to access the court website to retrieve the case file; I have never been served with any documents -- I thought in America we have "the right to face our accusers?"
When I called their law office my first contact was with a receptionist, "Jasmine." I gave her the case number, the county it was filed in, and the name of the parties involved. She had "no idea of what I was talking about," and, refused to connect me with any person in the office who might help me with it.
So, I e-mailed to their office.
Within an hour I received an e-mail back from Michael G. Kim, Esq. which stated, "You are a defendant."
I responded, "What am I a defendant to?"
He quickly sent back, "I can't give you any advise -- get a lawyer!"
Just as quickly I sent him back, "I will be in pro per, I believe you have a legal responsibility to speak with me; I am NOT asking for advise!"
There has been no answer from Lawyer, Michael Kim.
So, it seems in someway I have offended Peters and Freedman -- but I have no idea how?
TRUTH is, "the defense against defamation is the Truth!", and all I have spoken of on AHRC has been the truth, well supported by facts and the law, and have never mentioned the lawyers, or the law firm of Peters and Freeman.
I have spoken out on AHRC against other HOA attorneys: "Gen" Wangler, Brian Green, Jeff French, Wayne Guralnick, Kendall Berkey, and, I suspect, Lawyer Kim and his cohorts are picking up the gauntlet for all HOA attorneys, management companies, and politicians, such as Assemblywoman Bonnie Garcia who have been exposed for their illegal, and criminal behavior regarding me, and other homeowners in these, now too many, unconstitutional little American gulags.
They wish to silence us!
I am 67 years old, and spent over a year in jail in (illegal) 24 hour solitary confinement, suffered much abuse -- with a false bogus commitment to a State Hospital by my Public Defender who had no time for my case, had my home taken aways from me, and over $100,000 stolen on a void on the face restraining order by Cathedral City, CA -- the consequence of my speaking out!
I should be silent now!
NOT one government agency was willing to help, or even acknowledge my written letters to them regarding the abuses of me, my family, and others who were being subjected to abuses in Shadowcrest HOA! Nor have they helped with the complaints of abuse from other homeowners.
I shall continue to speak out on AHRC, and anywhere else their is a forum for free speech (we do still have the First Amendment don't we?), and, on my blog:

In response to the subject of deep concern , in my opionin I do not know if it is apporiate to draw the attention of all concerned the TWIN RIVER JUDGEMENT BY HONORABLE SUPEREME COURT It has pointed out in letter and spirit about to focus on the concerns by democratic ways per laws of the land viz flyer,newsletters etc within the framework such as no offensive remarks,obsecene,religious remarks etc.
Honorable Court has pointed out that it is very necessary in terms of for trust and transperency for the affairs and concerns of any organisation.
The subject is very complex in nature and may read in letter and spirit
In view of the civil nature of the issues and based upon the stories seen thru these columns, it is felt that the issues may be looked into on merit and brought to attention of the concerned the People.This may help to mobilise the opionin of the people. I do not know if the readers may agree that for one reason or other, the affected have failed to get involved in the affairs .
To make the democractic process effective I strongly feel that AHRC and such websites cannot remain as silent spectator. I feel that it has also helped in bringing the issues to the attention of the Govt and its respective entities as part of their obligations to the community to the extent possible in my opionin.
To my understanding AHRC has been in existence since 1994 ???,may please be corrected and has been trying to send the message accross with the help of dedicated ,dillegent staff and contributors/writers who have been making all out efforts to share their experiences to build this the castle domain as I feel .
In the absence of no cost effective way for the affected owner to enforce action that acts unlawfully if any with the protection against liability insurance shield and with so many complexities and restrictions in CID living ,the very purpose is lost.CID living plays an important role as it has great impact on the state infrastructure and cannot be ignored as i feel
To sum-up it is felt that AHRC and media has been contributing an important role .However i would like to thank ahrc and their staff for helping us send the voice of the concerned people thru their dedicated efforts to every corner within their scope.

This is yet another example of how corrupt judges and attorneys are trampling our constitutional, property and free speech rights!!! This miscarriage of justice disgusts me and is occurring throughout America. Here is Florida we continue to fight against the injustices that destroy the peace and tranquility that our forefathers envisioned in the 'free world'.
To attempt to squelch our right to engage in peaceful discourse regarding our state and federal laws catapults us into nothing less than a society run by tyrannical dictators and weapon wielding thugs. It is amazing to me that there are not millions of Americans standing up and decrying the relentless pursuit of the power hungry zealots to destroy our property and free speech rights. What happened to the common man's dream of home ownership and the right to express their thoughts in the context of our government and the laws that govern us? The First Amendment of the United States Constitution states: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances".
The time is now to petition our government for a redress of grievances. Shutting down a medium that allows our citizens to peaceably engage in our constitutionally guaranteed freedom of speech is an abomination! I often strongly disagree with certain people that protest our government but I will fight to the death to preserve those rights.
In Florida there are individuals that recognize that the most basic of our human and constitutional rights are being attacked and are in jeopardy. They have and continue to fight for our rights and our homes. The Speaker of the Florida House of Representatives has established the Select Committee on Condominium & Homeowners Association Governance.
The committee members have traveled across Florida to collect an overwhelming amount of horror stories and travesties involving abusive Homeowner Association boards, attorneys and judges. The honorable bipartisan Representative and members serving on this committee include Representatives Julio Robaina (R)(Chair), Kevin Ambler (R), Luis Garcia (D), Joseph Gibbons (D), Rich Glorioso (R), Jimmy Patronis (R), Yolly Roberson (D), Franklin Sands (D) and Juan Zapata (R).
This is not a Republican or Democrat issue; it is the struggle to protect our rights as Americans. And these patriots recognize that and are fighting powerful developers, lobbyists, attorneys and judges to change our laws to protect the common man. Everyone in Florida needs to offer their support for these patriotic committee members.
