I see a major issue that both the author of the article and all commentors are failing to notice; there's more than 2 candidates running in the primaries! It seems that none of you have paid any attention to Dennis Kucinich, Mike Gravel, Ron Paul or even John Edwards.
Don't follow what the mass media that's spoon-feeding what they want you to believe. Seek out alternative media sources such as LinkTV, Free Speech TV, The Nation magazine, Mother Jones, C-Span, news blogs, ANYTHING other than CNN, FOX, MSNBC, ABC, NBC or CBS.
You will never get real journalism on the full story otherwise. These major broadcst and cable networkd offer nothing but biased punditry if you don't seek out uncensored press coverage.
Elections are rigged. We won't get anything different if we don't stand up and speak out, even if that means civil disobedience.

You know one of the Democrats running for president is very popular. A very eloquent speaker. However there are several,
I am registered a Democrat BUT that does not mean i will vote for a Democrat - there are a couple on Republican side I like too.
How co you or I know which one is best to lead our country. I have asked God to pick the best one for us. I will vote but I want him to pick the best one even if it is not the one I voted for.

WHY is THIS on THIS WEBSITE?
With that in mind I post the following thoughts.
1. Politicians will say just about anything to get elected.
2. So, Hillary has been "serving for 35 years" and she needs another four or eight to...accomplish...WHAT? What she didn't get done in 35 years?
3. If there is disgust now with the backbiting, what and who do you think will continue the backbiting if we have the Hillary and Bill show in the White House again.
4. People have totally forgotten what the Clintons did when they were already in the White House.

The selling of the Lincoln Bedroom
The other patronages
The dispensing of pardons to very questionable people
5. Question: Who REALLY MAKES LAW? Does the President get out a piece of paper and write the law and sign it and voila, the people of the United States have a new law?
NO. The Congress with two houses; OUR Representatives (Congressmen) and Senators (Clinton, Obama who are being paid while they fly and drive all over the U.S.) vote and when they agree, the proposed bill goes to the President for his John Q.
ANYONE that says: When I'm President I'm going to do this or I'm going to do that is NOT being totally up front with us. Why do we believe them?
Question: What about all the political chips someone in "public life" may have to pay back after 35 years?
Oh, yes. For those of you who will say this will be the Hillary, not Bill show...I don't believe a leopard can change his spots. And then there are all those famous screaming fights they had while in the White House.
I'm tired of the Clintons (and the Bushes). The United States of America needs to get back to being the United States. Who can REALLY get all of us closer to THAT GOAL?
To bring this back to AHRC. I have mused over the comments by the Presidential candidates about making homeowners use solar energy.
Hmmm. In all those HOA's with Architectural Standards.

Please post items that are related to HOA's. So many times you put up items that just have nothing to do with HOA's. On several occasions I have gotten close to unsubscribing because of the politics.
Politics by its very nature is divisive and selfish. Why don't we all get back to trying to move forward as a group to get rid of these anti-American HOA's?

Politics, legislative and judicial fraud, the privatization of of housing ( homeowner associations operated by foreclosure profiteers), the delivery of public services (including justice and law enforcement), the collapse of the world financial systems - all these are related to the rights and property of homeowners in not only America but the world. Nothing is an island, everything is of one warp and woof.
Decades ago, AHRC , U S News and World Report, and other publications, warned of the HOA litigation floods in America. AHRC reported that governors and other public officials and foreclosure lawyers were colluding together by electing and appointing forecloseure interests to positions of power in government and courts, writing illegal laws and contracts and using courts and enforcement agencies to rob the homes, property and earnings of homeowners. In addition to forcing American home buyers to suffer in a housing fraud, they securitized the fraud-based American mortgages to unsuspecting international investors around the world. They also violated the fundamental rights of citizens in the process.
As America;s homeowners began walking away from the fraudulent mortgages which the politicians, judges and lawyers burdened them with, the stock markets and financial systems of the world collapsed. The President is looking to borrow more money from foreign investors to save our economy. Where will it all end?
The problems of homeowner associations cannot be solved in isolation from these deeper and broader problems. ARHC believes that it has a responsibility to also bring these deeper concerns to its readership.
In order to "move forward as a group to get rid of these anti-American HOA's" and to develop effective tools to be successful, homeowners need this knowledge.
Homeowners also need to move forward on all fronts to achieve this goal.
