Corporate Identity Theft and Insurance Fraud

One more detail I inadvertantly excluded from this article involves more improper activity by George Crowley, EVP, NGNB.
When we obtained the mortgage on our farm from NGNB, part of the binding agreement was that proceeds from the loan would be used to pay the former mortgage at Mr. Crowley's former employer, BB&T in Calhoun, GA. The loan at NGNB was closed in May, 2006. It was extended in November, 2006. However, it took several emails and calls, over a 1 1/2 year period, to get Mr. Crowley to finally pay the BB&T loan and have the BB&T 1st lien canceled.
The lien was not canceled until October, 2007. This action, by Mr. Crowley, further violated our contract with NGNB and placed our farm at greater risk, in that 2 banks had "1st liens" on our property illegally.

Dear Andy:
It is not just the "establishment media" that is suppressing corporate, legislative and judicial crimes and property theft in America.
Victims alleging foreclosure and judicial scams report that Internet companies that have monopolistic control of the internet e.g. AOL and Google are also involved in "banning" news and information using their search engines and mail delivery businesses.

If you find that your HOA foreclosure and judicial fraud writings are not being circulated by Google News, or mega internet providers like AOL, alert the world by writing published complaints to United States government officials e.g. United States Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation(they are paid by you to provide the oversight for communications and consumer affairs) and other international government officials with a stake in U. S. International affairs.
