Remember his accomplices - all of those other legislators who voted to approve the asinine laws of the Texas property code! They are all culpable.
HOA's are a legislative sanctioned "legalized" housing scam!
We can blame the HOA attorneys for lynching homeowners in court, but remember, the legislators voted to approve the laws that allow these modern day public lynchings of non judicial foreclosure by HOA!!
Repeal the laws that allow HOA's to foreclose! It's overkill to allow a non-profit mutual BENEFIT corp to have such punitive powers for non payment of membership dues.

We need Justice - at least try him for misdemeanors and violation of the rules against voting on legislation in which he has private interests. Impeach the fat bastard for high crimes and misdemeanors!
