4. Let me try again....
  Reference Comment No. 2,

Looks like I really messed up in that comment. Let me try again. (grin)

If you want to initiate a RICO legal action in the state of Colorado, you must either (1) find an attorney who is not only knowledgeable and proficient concerning RICO actions (criminal and civil), AND who is licensed to practice law in FEDERAL court here in Colorado, or (2) find an OUT-OF-STATE attorney who meets the same two above-mentioned requirements.

Hope I made myself better understood this time. (grin) Also hope I'm not mistaken about any of the above (please correct me if I'm wrong about any of what I wrote above).

3. Can a RICO attorney in another state licensed to practice law in a FEDERAL court take your case?
  Response to Comment No. 2,

It is my understanding that if you cannot locate a attorney in your own state who is able to file RICO actions, another state that COULD take your case MUST be licensed to practice law in a FEDERAL court.n a FEDERAL court.

If I'm not correct about that, someone please correct me.

2. What about assistance in other states?
  Dear Mr. Putman,

What about assistance in other states? Is there any source to locate knowledgeable, pro-homeowner attorneys within the USA?

1. God bless and keep you safe ...
WAY TA GO, MR. PUTNAM !!!

You have given me -- and, I feel very sure, many other beleaguered HOA/CIC homeowners all over this country --the will and the courage it will take to find our own RICO attorneys in each of our own states and to follow your lead.

God bless and keep you safe from any kind of harm on your own personal journey against the powers-that-be that would destroy you and your law practice, if they could (they will have to answer to millions of us homeowners if they ever even come close to succeeding in that effort!!!), as well as your difficult journeys through California's courts in your efforts to help your state's HOA/CIC homeowners.
