1. Wish Jan luck.
Although not at all familiar with what this case was all about except what was published on the HOA website in it being about a 'special assessment,' issue, wish Jan luck.

And also in attempting to reverse CCIOA, although as indicated it appears after also reading some of the city codes for some of the major cities in Colorado, and also the fact that these mandated membership 'servitudes' in the HOAs are also contained within many owners actual deed restrictions to begin with, won't truly 'cure' or get rid of these mandated unconstitutional servitudes for many in Colorado, but at least would be a great start and step in the right direction, in negating some of those 'industry favoring' state sanctioned property thefts. It's the damn deed restriction themselves which 'mandate' these membership to begin with, and even some of those city codes now even attempting to negate even the owners options of rescinding them and thus making them 'perpetual.'

The skirting around the Constitution has been done on several levels, but do wish you luck on this major undertaking in attacking that fraudulent 'Act' and righting that wrong against many of the Colorado homeowners living in these communities.
