And even in this 'bad market' could you still not, at least, sell your home to get out from under this 'tyranny' and then continue to 'fight' yet still protect yourselves and your children from this continuing abuse.
Moving or selling does not equal 'selling out,' as far as I'm concerned, but 'sanity' in this 'insane' situation....I also loved my home very much, but continuing to victimizing yourself and that of your family if the circumstances are as stated, I can only speak for myself, but removing yourself from immediate danger does not equal 'giving up,' as what is occuring in these communities is obviously going to be a long 'war,' and the battlefield, as is clear across the nation, is actually at the federal level in what is occuring within them....and the federal courts themselves the only hope for any 'salvation' for much of these civil and Constitutional abuses going on within them.

This is truly too incredible to believe....and I'm still having trouble understanding why, when this started to become such a legal vortex with and imposed mandatory Association foisted off on the homeowners, apparently, in this community there were not more homeowners in the community equally outraged, and why it went on for so long with so many judicial breaches without getting moved to the federal level, since it was apparent that 'the state' again was acting to protect it's interests, and not those of the owners of these properties at all, including Taffy and her family.
And just what is it that the U.S. Supreme Court is actually now reviewing.....the 'imposition' of the HOA to begin with (which is confusing again since it appears apparently that the Rice's also, although defunct at one point, attempted to create one of their own also....
Just why exactly was the 'defunct' corporation created to begin with, I guess, continues to be my question, so that it could eventually be used against them, instead of just challenging the imposition of an HOA on deed restriction free property to begin with, at the federal level?
This is past history, but this certainly seems to be costing both the Rice's, the taxpayers of Georgia, and now the U.S. taxpayers a bundle, and once the first 'bogus' judgement was awarded, again, was this 'appealed' or moved to transfer to the federal level then at that point?
