Community Associations Institute Foreclosure Racket

It is a Method of Cleansing Neighborhoods of Mexicans, Negros, and Helpless Whites

January 16, 2002

By Geneva Kirk Brooks

3. Community Association Institute (CAI) organizational structure; sources of revenue; their "tax" and reporting status, their "campaign contributions"...
  QUESTIONS:

1) What is the status of the case mentioned originally in the article?

2) Is there a current and complete "quide" re understanding CAI i.e. their organizational structure; their sources of revenue; their "tax" and reporting status, their "campaign contributions"...

Thanks.

Thank you for this insightful article, it's a must read for anyone who is considering the purchase of a home governed by an Association.

I saw a comment posted regarding NBC having a Orange/Riverside County office. We need to contact them.

Thank you again for another excellent article.

The final paragraph (below) "says it all," as I spent over a year trying to find some government agency I could report our homeowner association abuses to, and came up empty handed.

" Senator Ken Armbrister reports that the seizure of non-profit status allows CAI to operate without any state oversight or regulations. His report states that management companies are "de facto" political entities and should be ruled by the same state regulations and laws as a city. CAI claims 501(c)(3) status and gets away with it because owners are forced to pay all legal fees directly into the private accounts of CAI lawyers without any showing on the accounts of the community. "

I truly hope that the enormity of this incredible financial and real estate scam can be contained and stopped in it's entirety.

Talk about terrorism at home, instead of abroad!
