This advertisement needs to be CIRCULATED WIDELY!! Make a flyer of this. Current and prospective Homeowners must understand that this is the perfect reason NOT TO EVER BUY INTO ANY TYPE OF HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATION LADEN HOUSING.
This Ad says it all. Your home, your equity, your life savings, are essentially a slot machine for HOA industry lawyers, property managers and other vendors.
Do you really want to gamble with that group? You are more likely to lose in such a gamble.
HOA-NO WAY!!!!!!
It's great when the HOA industry does something so stupid and we can use their own advertising against them.
