I would have moved out of that State years ago, although it does appear that fraud and corruption reigns in every state in this nation at this time, would not have allowed the satisfaction of supporting this state any further with my hard earned cash, nor sacrificed my 'quality of life,' to such an extent. It appears more and more clearly that this 'nation' has more crime, corruption and injustice than the countries for whom the founding fathers originally escaped. And to continue, year after year, to trust 'politicians,' is to correct this situation when they are they ones that created it seems to be beating your head against a wall.
Until campaign reforms and accountability measures, and class actions suits against the state and federal government become the norm, I predict nothing will change, except the 'complaints' will end up in File 13.
But at least more public attention is being brought to these abuses.....and as more and more people are affected, eventually there will be change.....it is just a matter of time.
