Press Release
LAW OFFICES ANNOUNCE RICO INVESTIGATION OF PETERS & FREEDMAN

Information Requested from Public

June 05, 2007

By Gottschalk & Associates

3. 'Seizure' of private citizens assets - home and money.
Again, this isn't including the governmental/developer 'mafia' connections in this original 'tax and takings' scam on the public, subverting the 'will of the people' in California in passing Propositin 13. There is quite definitely governmental involvement in this 'mafia' scheme, for additional tax revenue and removal of private property ownership rights under the U.S. Constitution......

The CAI itself, and not just the 'affiliated' attorneys to this 'theft' are part of it.....it is not a 'non-profit' educational institution but a PAC, whose sold purpose is to remove private property ownership rights, and through the Boards of Directors 'control' these developements for their member organizations.

It is also a violation of the Fair Trade Practices Act, in attempting to 'monopolize' these developments and their 'agendas' on these communities with the fraudulent 'community association specialist' advertisments on their websites, while 'educating' and 'interpreting' laws which they have bought through the 'seizure' of private citizens assets - home and money.

2. RICO announcement
Comments AHRC received from a member:

"It only takes 2 predicate acts to make a RICO action possible. I suspect that is some cases, 18 USC 1961 & 62 would be enough to file a 18 USC 1964 RICO action. (Fraud and extortion.) However, it may be easier to meet the elements of Common Law Fraud than those of RICO. Best regards,...."
