Trampling of Due Process and Rampant Fraud Upon the Court

Call for Investigation!

March 21, 2007

6. Speaker Pelosi: You have been sent the three attached letters..
Email sent to Speaker Nancy Pelosi on 12/4/07

Dear Speaker Pelosi,

You have been sent the three attached letters to you on the dates indicated therein. You were also a copy recipient on my follow-up email to DOJ Inspector General Glenn Fine earlier today. Additionally, my wife, children, and I visited your office at Room 235 in the Cannon House Office Building on November 16, 2007. I am sorry we did not have an opportunity to meet with you on that visit. However, we did leave a document with your staff regarding a request for a meeting and briefly outling our other requests.

I will be in Washington on December 13, 2007 and would love to meet with you on that date. I will be available anytime after 12 noon, at your convenience. If that date is not available, I am able to travel to Washington, with minimal notice, as your schedule allows. My complaint is of an urgent nature, as Adele Grubbs continues to threaten my family, as outlined in the attached letters. It is of no consequence that Ms. Grubbs was appointed by your predecessors, as a Speaker-appointee to the DOJ Council on Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, Ms. Grubbs directly represents you, Madam Speaker. As a man of honor and integrity, I would not desire such a person represent me, and I trust you will feel the same, once you explore the character of Ms. Grubbs, aka Ms. Pratt.

Sadly, Patrick Henry was correct when he said, "If we fail to check the power of the judiciary, I predict that we will eventually live under judicial tyranny."

Madam Speaker, we are there! There are countless examples of judicial tyrrany in this great nation. My wife personally delivered evidence of over 1500 cases, nationwide, to Congressman Conyers on May 15, 2007, pursuant to his personal request in our meeting with him March 26, 2007. We have requested to testify before the Judiciary Committee and are hopeful that opportunity will be forthcoming. Many of your colleagues have agreed to support us in this endeavor. Judges, such as Adele Grubbs, have repeatedly usurped the power of Congress, as well as the state legislatures, in carrying on the unconstitutional pattern of legislation from the bench. This MUST be stopped.

I look forward to the opportunity to meet with you regarding this important issue. Please feel free to contact me at 770-605-5961 to arrange a meeting. Thank you.

5. Attorney General Mukasey: I sincerely hope you will honor the duties of your office, unlike your immediate predecessor
  Sent via email on 12/4/07

Dear Attorney General Mukasey,

Congratulations on your new postion. I sincerely hope you will honor the duties of your office, unlike your immediate predecessor. I request you direct Inspector General Glenn Fine to begin an investigation into my civil rights complaint, sent to Attorney General Gonzales and IG Fine on March 21, 2007 and September 21, 2007. For your convenience, I am attaching both letters to this email.

Please see the email below as well. I have attempted to contact Mr. Fine several times by phone, email, and U.S. Mail, with no response to date. This is clearly unacceptable. I demand my rights be honored and enforced. DOJ member Adele Grubbs is subject to the U.S. Constitution and is under your jurisdiction, by virtue of serving with you on the Coordinating Council on Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention. As such, I insist your department respond appropriately to my complaint. I look forward to your response and stand ready to meet with you at any time. I can be easily reached at 770-605-5961 and P. O. Box 540, White, GA 30184. Thank you.

4. Inspector General Fine: I have previously sent 2 letters complaining of civil rights violations by a member of a DOJ council
emailed to Glenn Fine on 12/4/07

Dear Inspector General Fine,

I have previously sent 2 letters complaining of civil rights violations by a member of a DOJ council. I have also attempted to follow up on the matter by leaving several voice messages at your office, with no response. According to your web site: http://www.usdoj.gov/oig/FOIA/hotline2.htm you have been directed to receive and investigate such complaints. However, I have never been contacted by anyone on your staff regarding the complaints I sent you on March 21, 2007 and September 21, 2007. Meanwhile, DOJ member Adele Grubbs continues to victimize my family, including illegally based threats of incarceration. We have been forced from our home of 16 years by her actions as well.

I insist your office properly investigate this matter. I have served this country for my entire adult life and fully expect my rights to be upheld and honored by my government. Ms. Grubbs, and her cohorts, cannot be allowed to continue their illegal and unconstitutional abuse of my family, perpetrated under color of law. I am available to visit with you and your staff on very short notice, and I stand ready to do just that. I hereby, once again, request you contact me for more information and evidence regarding my complaint.

Rest assured, sir, I will not rest until our rights have been restored. I am copying certain members of Congress on this email, just as I did my previous letters. I sincerely look forward to your contact. I can be reached at 770-605-5961 or P. O. Box 540, White, GA 30184. Thank you for what I hope will be prompt attention in this matter.

3. Inspector General Glen Fine: Although you are required to investigate my complaints, I have heard nothing
Emailed to Glenn Fine on 11/7/07

Dear Inspector General Fine,

[Via Fax and email]

I am writing to inquire into the status of the investigation that you should have begun, based upon my complaint. You will recall you received my complaints, via U.S. Postal Service Express Mail on March 23, 2007 and September 24, 2007. Both packages were signed for by "A. Jennings," according to postal records.

Although you are required to investigate my complaints, I have heard nothing from you or your staff. While your office delays the required investigation, the illegal acts against my family by a DOJ employee, Adele L. Grubbs, continues on a daily basis. This is unsatisfactory! You are aware my complaints were copied to key members of Congress, President Bush, and other key government personnel.

My wife and I will be in Washington several days next week. I hereby request an opportunity to meet with you regarding this matter. Please contact me at this email address or the following address or phone number to schedule a meeting.

P. O. Box 540, White, GA 30184 (770)605-5961.

We look forward to meeting with you next week. Thank you.

I can't figure out how to add a new email address for Speaker Pelosi. The
email below gives the address she uses for people who don't live in her
district. If you could make the change, I would appreciate it.

Thanks.
