We were told that:
1. Mr. Glassel needed a wheel chair to attend his trial
2. Judge Reinstein refused to let him have one because he did not want the jury feeling sorry for him
3. Mr. Glassel did not attend his trial
If this is true this judge needs to be removed them from office. Every person deserves a fair trial.

Thank you George for the excellent coverage on the Glassel murder trial.
Sources close to Mr. Glassel tell us that he was a retired disabled contractor from Oklahoma. The Glassels had no experience with homeowner associations when they bought into this Lanier homes development run by the developer and his militant lawyers.
Mrs Glassel also served on the board. The President of the board was the Marketing Director of the developer.
The Arizona bar stables need cleaning out. They should should be revoking the licenses of lawyers who lie, steal and drive people into desperation and violence.
