14. Will the California State Bar provide discipline data on lawyers?
I do not know if the California State bar may be happy to provide data for say last two years for the complaints handled and its statical data viz disciplinary action , if any, etc thru these columns in the public interest if deem fit.

However AHRC article under Posting #8, State Bar in my opinion may look into this specific case in public interest if the concerned members had discharged their duties in compliance of State Bar Code and in case of any lapse the corrective steps being proposed to avoid any reoccurrence of such incidents in future.

Moreover Based upon articles written from time to time in these columns It is strongly felt in the interest of Homeowners as members of homeowners association may get involved in the affairs and concerns of HOA as members by attending HOAs meetings and have questions and concerns clarified accordingly in such meetings In short as members of HOA ,homeowners may take part in the affairs

With changing times Homeowners as members may have to resolve issues amicably in my opinion to the extent possible FOR WHICH HOMEOWNERS MAY PLEASE GET INVOLVED IN THE AFFAIRS SUITABLY BY AND LARGE.

It is also felt that Insurance shield and good faith business practices, indemnifiction mandates etc. need to be suitably modified by the Honorable Lawmakers to curb such bad practices

It is also respectfully submitted that Author of this article, Donie Vanitzian, has been focusing on the above points time and again in her writings in the best interest of the Homeowners.

With kindest regards,
Ravi Kapoor .

13. "The Judicial Mafia of Orange County!"
what a GREAT title!!! I can just smell it now - "The Judicial Mafia of Orange County!"

You know what is so frightening - just when you think that your own experience with misconduct and atrocities of the court system was a rare or unusual instance - you quickly find out it is happening EVERYWHERE!!!

Somebody do something. Or better yet - we all just need to put all the lawyers out of business by not EVER HIRING ONE! Let's all take an "oath" to settle our disputes and resolve our issues among ourselves. Like in the old days.

Eliminate the lawyers and judges and let's but them out of business!!!

Is it possible?

I vow to never again hire another lawyer for as long as I live.

Pennsylvania does have some issues,I suspect, as may be here. I have no idea of how true it is, but someone has written a book about one county.

"The Judicial Mafia of Monroe County PA," by Randall Jennette. www.mysite.verizon.net/rrjennette

Google the book and author. Amazon, Target, etc. has it.

11. Pennsylvania Bar Association does absolutely NOTHING but makes excuses
Unfortunately, my experience with the Pennsylvania Bar (Disciplinary Board) was an outrage. They do absolutely NOTHING but make excuses for those, ("officers of the courts," they are referred to there. (YES, REALLY!)) who are intentionally victimizing individuals, filing fraudulent complaints in the courts, lying under oath, falsifying records, etc., etc., etc.

Apparently, in this Commonwealth it doesn't matter what law you break, what criminal act you committ, or that you openly committ perjury, or related offenses.

As long as you are "an officer of the court," there appears to be NO consequences for your actions!

10. It's a really dumb idea for America's lawyers to "police" themselves
been there done that! although my complaints were all ignored by the state bar - at least i have proof that i did something. even though it is difficult to get the stupid bar to look into a complaint, file the complaint anyway!!!! include proof that you sent it. if there EVER is another overhaul of the bar, at least we can them flood them with our ignored complaints.

but hey, what can we expect when America's lawyers are policing themselves? it's a really dumb idea. you would think that the lawyers of today could come up with SOMETHING a little smarter than policing their own?? (major sarcastic tone inserted)

9. Suicide by HOA lawyer - judge fraud victim ..and the California State Bar
In consideration of civil nature of the concerns of HOA and their vendors with reservations of media such as commited newspaper like LA TIMESin my opionin , It is felt that it appears that no one seems to get involved for one reason or other.

Recent news item of plight reproduced below is the burning question :
AN UNJUST EVICTION AND A DAUGHTER SHOOTS HERSELF - Allegations of judicial misconduct and foreclosures by California judges mushroom

October 18, 2007

by AHRC News Services
Website: AHRC News

The following suicide report and mushrooming allegations of Judicial Misconduct by California judges was sent to the Los Angeles Times and public officials with a request for investigations: A grieving San Clemente mother reported today that her mentally fragile young daughter subjected to a drawn out fraudulent foreclosure lawsuit by Orange County, California homeowner association foreclosure lawyers and a judge, shot herself after she received notice that the judge ruled to throw her mother out of her family home. Attached is the mother's communication and her contact information. Homeowners trapped in HOAs and hauled into courts to be scammed, report that they NEVER receive justice from the judges in the Orange County California Courthouse

We have seen comments from readers all over with words of sympathies for those involved with comments if any but it is painful to put on record that the same are still awaited from the concerned members of the closed knit community.

I do not know if the author may agree with my viewsand opionin.

In my opionin if it falls in the scope of the California State Bar , may be State Bar may look into the matter with other State entities as a public interest subject if deem fit.

I trust the author may find this in order,

8. The Federal government needs to investigate the California State Bar
Over a period of 12 years I have been sending complaints about lawyers involved in HOA terrorism,, fraud, corruption, extortion, racketeering and foreclosure in an Orange County, California.

The California State Bar publishes that it is a deciplining agency for bad lawyers. Every single person I have seen, including lawyers who have been victimized report that this is a fraud. The California State Bar protects lawyers who defraud the public.

The Federal government needs to investigate the California State Bar and put the investigations and deciplining of crimes by lawyers and judges under the Department of Justice.

7. Filing a complaint with the State Bar Association if futile, because all they do is lawyer up by protecting their own.
Welcome to the 21 Century and new found gold mine for HOA, lawyer, judges and who ever profits from these individuals.

Slaves and serdom is reborn in the United States via your HOA.

Filing a complaint with the State Bar Association if futile, because all they do is lawyer up by protecting their own.

The old saying still holds "He who owns the golden egg makes the rules"

6. Murders and coverup in Georgia
These attorneys, John Jones, Thurbert Baker for the State of Georgia, Virgil Adams for Bibb County and Duke Groover have made a mockery of Justice by supporting corruption that continues and allows murders to be committed and covered-up by Macon Georgia probation officers and police.

Steven L. Johnson murdered on 10-10-00, James Dews murdered on 9-9-05 and Keith Tatmon murdered in 5-04 in the custody of Macon authorities in handcuffs. They have taken on the principal status by aiding and abetting these criminal actions and omissions when they support known murderers by the city of Macon, Roger Stembridge, Brent Magouirk, Wayne Watson, Walter Hurley, numerous John Doe officers and accessories after the fact such as Dr. Melissa Sims, Lonnie Miley, Ed Bond. The FBI and Gregory McClendon, GBI, Governor Perdue, DOJ, State Board of Medical Examiners are willfully accepting corruption opposed to justice.

This is a grave miscarriage of Justice that cannot be overlooked!

5. Filing your complaint as advised by the author of the article might help

To Poster #4:

Filing your complaint as advised by the author of the article might help - or why don't you try to contact the author?

Personally, I think there should be a list of lawyers that people have filed complaints about. The list doesn't have to go into detail, but merely list they have complaint's pending. Heck, if the lawyer had too many traffic violations - I think the clients have a right to know and to decide for themselves if that shows a character flaw or not.

Don't hesitate to file the complaints. Just recently, a couple of news publications reported the admonishment of a judge for prejudicial remarks. It does make you wonder just how many complaints were filed before the Judicial Council actually acted. But for that person, the process worked. Now that it has been made public, hopefully persons who appear before that judge in the future can refuse him based on the admonishments. Personally, I don't think he should be in the position of "judging" others ever again.

There are many other agencies that "police" themselves. Doctors -Check out TheAngryPatient.com and Police for starters. Supposedly there are "problem patient" chat rooms where the brotherhood is "warned" about complainers. Not surprising.

Public complaint agencies are definitely a broken system but sitting back and doing nothing is even more broken.
