The two Supreme court cases you cite: State Schware v. board of Examiners
and Sims v. Aherns
neither case state anyting about the state not being able to license lawyers, on the contrary, it seems to support it. The case is only about due process in licensing.
If I am wrong, please show me where, as i would love to be wrong.

Well said - now that we recognize the problem, we need solutions. If I may - here are some preliminary steps which might could lead toward a better judiciary system:
a) If the candidate running for office is a lawyer, do not vote for him/her.
b) Push to separate the Judges from the lawyers. (see: http://www.homeownerspower.com - go to page: "Justice Denied" ) That page features a formula which could lead toward a judiciary system based upon equality, truth and justice for all.
c) Push to abolish case law - it's a ruse!
