I appreciate your comment. Would you mind elaborating on exactly what type of document you would like to see created? Keep in mind, however, that I am not a lawyer, and cannot do anything that could be construed as legal advice. That being said, I will be glad to do anything I can to protect the property rights that are being taken from my family and all Americans. I look forward to hearing back from you.

Col. Rice,
President Bush can do it; now homeowners across the nation must file 'signing statements' to their ownership deeds for the purpose of retrieving their constitutional rights reduced by their homeowner association acting in concert with legislative, executive and judicial branches of state government.
Thank you for your leadership; can you create and distribute the document?
