You are one great writer! Thank you !I am sending this article to my friends. Thank you for your passion, debth, and perfect written explanation. This is so well written , that I may make copies and just put them under the doors of my community as I depart.
I would like to quote from my favorite author. Marianne Williamson in her Book , " The Healing of America", (Simon &Shuster) pub 1997. Pg 246 " America keeps trying to find the right drivers, when instead we should be questioning what road we're on. Contrary to what we are told, the road ahead is not full of just light, the road is full of consequences. But there is another road that America can take, the road we have always known that we belonged on.
It is the road of high and enlightened purpose, a pursuit of the expression of truth, in who it touches and how deeply. " ....... This thought applied to your gift as a wrtier, and one who has read it and has been deeply touched.

Do you suppose Susan French might be related to the CAI attorney Jeffrey French? He is a piece of work!

Nathaniel Stirling, the lawyer and director of the California Law Research Commission has done similar "Research Reports.
To change the Davis Stirling Act, homeowner association laws of California he hired Susan French, a law professor at UCLA. She has a history of working with the industry writing reports favoring their interests.
Nathaniel Stirling gave her her list of carefully selected "knowledgeable people", to consult with. They all represented industry interests and lobbyist. It tdid not include well known, long time advocates.

I was told that Ms. Rosenberry was given a grant by a building society in England to write a "research paer" to sell the idea of CIDs to the British.
Is this sort of research scheme a tool used to sell the politicians on new laws for special intrests?
