These homeowners need to give a complete and accurate accounting of the facts (preferably in a fashion that is balanced and much more detailed).
It would help if they attached some supporting documents to back up their statements.
I can't tell if they have a ligitimate claim from the way this is outlined

How did a reporter from the Atlanta Constitutional Journal get information on Judge Adele's jail order before the defendant did?
Why didn't the Cobb County newspapers pick on on this long running lawsuit - the homeowners tried to get them to cover for this for the last several years?
Perhaps, if the media did provide some spotlight, everyone involved (plaintiff, defendants, lawyers and judiciary would have operated above board.
