When former Congressman Bob Barr (Clinton Impeachment) and Ed Marger (Sara Tokars Tragedy - "Secrets Never Lie" by Robin McDonald), defined what my famiy had endured as "RICO", I did not even understand the meaning at the time.
Unfortunately, former Senator Chuck Clay, the previous head of the Georgia Republican Party, who was key to the Bush/Cheney Campaign in Georgia, soon after hired Bob to work on his failed Congressional Campaign. Imagine coming to understand the connection between politicians, lawyers, judges, the Chamber of Commerce, and the myriad of economic controls Brock Clay Calhoun held on local, national, and international levels.
The law firm of Brock Clay Calhoun (BCC) that fraudulently sued my family multiple times, and asserted covenants as well as restrictions on our unencumbered deed in violation of law, on behalf of a dissolved corporation and a corporation we created and owned, literally controls the local school network, hospital system, power company, media outlets, the Chamber of Commerce, and banking institutions, with self professed connections to the White House and Congress. They were literally able to turn government and the Georgia Courts in direct pursuit of our family, while elected officials continued to enter in joint ventures or benefit from their association with Clay or the law firm!
May God please protect other property owners from such fear, misery, and lawlessness!
