The owner of the condo I occupy at Serena Circle has submitted a letter to the Board of Directors requesting minutes from the monthly meetings.
The attorney representing the Board and Curtis Management run by Robert Welsh insisted a letter was necessary from the owner and not by the tenent.
The minutes requested are from the month my car was towed up to the very last meeting.
This should be interesting given there hasn't been any minutes taken. The meetings are attended by the Serena Circle Board of Directors, Summit Security, Robert Welch, and Curtis Management.

It is a money maker for your association. There are new laws in place that do not allow boards or their Management. companies, to do whatever they want.

You should get in touch with the home owner as soon as possible, she if he/she is willing to request the board minutes for you.

Here we pound another nail into the fall of HOAs with still another horror story. You would think the greedy CAI, management companies and their pals would see the handwriting on the wall. But they just keep right on rolling.
The media is now alerted and interested. The courts are beginning to see the homeowners' plight. The inmales are stirring. It's only a matter of time....
