Re: Comment 2. And, last November 16, 2005 I had to pay Allied Trust $8,347.44 to keep them from FORECLOSING ON MY LAND! AGAIN, how fair is that?
Dear Linda:
Here's how you can help start a campaign on this corruption that you describe:
1. Post your story as an article with all the documentation (letters, complaints, photos) that you can provide - you can upload these as files and images
Use the News Submission form for the article.
Use the Lawsuit Submission form for lawsuits that were filed as well
2. List the Judge, your Homeowners Association and each of the Board Members, and each of the Lawyers using separate Directory listing forms. Include their contact information and email addresses (latter will not show on the web).
3. The Collection agent Allied Trust is already listed. Use Comments to give the names of the people you dealt, describe what they did and upload all communications to and from them.
4. Use Communications to write the oversight agencies e.g. Bar association,, Judiciary oversight etc., media, the homeowners association, its vendors and the authorities
Details from the victims of property theft are important in exposing organized crimes.
Take time to publish the information you have on AHRC where millions read the information.
Homeowner association "laws" were written in the various states in America to by foreclosure lawyers and corrupt politicians to rob others' property.
Homeowners and the media have been using AHRC to gather information for their campaign to curb this property theft in America's homeowner associations for 16 years.
Exposing the crimes and the criminals - the ring leaders and the profiteers, will help homeowners' campaign to curb property theft in America.

I AGREE with Linda 100%! I have already been forclosed on by an Association which I was NOT A MEMBER of! MY PROPERTY WAS HOMESTEADED, but that didn't mean anything to the Association that CONTRACTED with Allied Trust to FORECLOSE on my land! My property was annexed into their Association years after I bought my property! NO ONE asked me if I wanted the annexation...they just did it WITHOUT MY CONSENT!
Under Article 17 HUMAN BONDAGE LAW, passed in 1948 by the USA and the United Nations, "no one can force anyone to join their organization". That's the law...to do otherwise is forcing involuntary servitude, which is AGAINST THE LAW!
I received 3 letters from their Board of Directors asking me to voluntarily join their Association. I took those letters to my attorney, and he asked me if I wanted to join? I said "no" so he tore them in half and mailed them back to them...unsigned!
Now, they take me to Court...the Judge gave them 10 days to find the papers...I told the Judge "if they haven't found them in 27 1/2 years I don't think they'll find them in 10 days, give them a month or so to find them...he said, 'fine, 90 days, if not, RECIND all judgements against me." The NEXT DAY, THE COURT CLERK ENTERED A JUDGEMENT AGAINST ME! Going against what the Judge said...any what the Association brought BEFORE the court clerk was documentation that WASN'T MY LAND, OR MY NAME, OR MY SIGNATURE! How fair IS THAT?
And, last November 16, 2005 I had to pay Allied Trust $8,347.44 to keep them from FORECLOSING ON MY LAND! AGAIN, how fair is that? The dishonesty of these HOA's is unbelieveable! And UNLESS one has the money to hire attorney after attorney, YOUR SCREWED! Is what ANOTHER ATTORNEY TOLD ME!
There is NO END to this! Now the Association has the members paying insurance (Board of Directors that own land along side the runway) airplane hangers and airplanes in their hangers!!! You talk about UNFAIR!
WE, THE PEOPLE, NEED A GOOD PROPERTY ATTORNEY TO TAKE ON THESE HOA'S! THE HOA HERE, HAS 2020 PARCEL OWNERS, AND I HAVE 1754 PARCEL OWNERS WHO WANT TO DISSOLVE THIS HOA! NOW THE HOA SAYS WE HAVE TO HAVE 100%! THE SECRETARY OF STATE SAYS, UNDER CORPORATE LAW WE NEEDED 51%...WE HAVE 83.29% RIGHT NOW.
ARE THEIR ANY ATTORNEY'S OUT THERE THAT WANT TO PROTECT ALOT OF AGED, BLIND, AND DISABLED PEOPLE? THAT'S WHAT WE ARE...FOR THAT'S WHAT WE ARE! LIVING ON FIXED INCOMES, MONTH TO MONTH, NO EXTRA MONEY! AND NOW WE ARE FIGHTING THIS HOA TO KEEP OUR HOMES!
THANK YOU,
CRYSTAL CLOUD

Mark these words: - The homeowner association industry lawyers WILL find a way to use these reserve funds for litigation.
