3. Rice and litigation involving USAA Insurance
Readers'attention is drawn to the major battle taking place on Wikipedia about USAA Insurance Company:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:USAA#Nothing_so_defines_USAA_as_the_litigation_involving_USAA

As guerilla warfare at Wikipedia is progressing rapidly, annexed is the page as it appeared on February 19, 2006.

2. Government officials and lawyers committing criminal and civil violations.
The following is an email from Georgia homeowner Andy Rice who has been battling his homeowners association

Hey to all,

I know some of you already know this; so, please forgive me for duplicating efforts. Please take the time to view the two web sites Taffy administers (and one other site). Please check back frequently as she updates the articles frequently.

Please forward this to everyone you know, as the truth being exposed is the only thing the corrupt politicos and lawyers fear. If they can get everyone to stay in the see no evil, speak no evil, hear no evil mode they win against us all.

This is not an isolated situation. If you ask around your acquaintances, you will find this is widespread. Unfortunately, most people won't talk about it out of embarrassment, fear, or what have you. Give it a try, start asking people you work with and play with..

After Taffy recently posted an article called "Do You Believe" at the national web site for the American Homeowners Resource Centerhttp://www.ahrc.com, a reply comment was posted by someone from Utah who clearly has seen the vicious truth about USAA.

Please take a look at that person's response, it is an eye opener for insurance issues. That web site is filled with propertyowners atrocities nationwide. Taffy administers an affiliated site http://www.georgia.ahrc.com. Anyone can post an article free at either of these sites. You can also post a comment to other folk's articles. It is amazing how many people are truly touched by these issues.

The other site Taffy administers is http://www.ricegang.com, which focuses more on our personal tale of evil and illegal actions, mostly conducted by government officials and lawyers committing criminal and civil violations.

Please take the time to learn about the dire straits certain parts of this nation are imposing on literally millions of Americans. Every one of you are "stand up" people who can make a difference. Take care and God bless.

1. By litigating otherwise perfectly legitimate claims, USAA gets to set aside the money it should be paying its members, and to then use those funds to pay operating expenses.
  As to USAA and:

"For those of you unaware, Commissioner Oxendine has had a number of complaints lodged against him, to the point he withdrew from a short lived Lt. Gov. race (as Perdue's Lt. choice, to replace Democrat Mark Taylor), rather abruptly. Personally, my family can attest to Oxendine's ethics! You see, he allowed USAA (a military officer's insurance corporation), to openly violate state law and be used as a legal weapon, without any recourse. Specifically, Oxendine stated, Judge Grubbs decision in direct violation of Georgia Law issued in favor of former Senator Chuck Clay's law firm), just did not look good, and USAA as a result did not feel like cooperating! It was this revelation, he used as a basis upon which to refuse upholding GA Law. Yea, this is a man needs a promotion!"

Is the writer aware that United Services Automobile Asociation (USAA) is an "unincoporated reciprocal inter-insurance exchange" which openly engages in systematic litigation against its "members" in order to create a $2 billion "litigation portfolio" - which are the $2 billion "litigation reserves" which are used to fund USAA's day-to-day operations.

All insurance experts know that USAA is a ruthless litigator - mainly against its own members: but what they haven't figured out is that USAA is impelled to act that way as the "association" has never actually raised any permanent capital of its own.

By litigating otherwise perfectly legitimate claims, USAA gets to set aside the money it should be paying its members, and to then use those funds to pay operating expenses.

And then, after it has exhausted the member's own funds and capacity to litigate, it then "palms the money" and puts it into its own "unallocated" "unassigned" surplus: in other words, the $5 billion USAA claims as its "own capital" has actually been converted from funds owned by members who were denied claims settlements and put through the wringer of the USAA litigation machine.

In the instant matter, it appears that some sort of "homeowners association" was involved with Taffy Rice and her legal problems. USAA is an expert at exploiting the intransigence of homeowner, cooperative, and condo associations. If you own either a coop or a condo, and you have insured with USAA to satisfy your obligation to perform your own repairs to your fixtures and personal property in the case of damage which is nonetheless the homeowner association's fault, you can forget about USAA paying.

USAA will litigate its way right out of those situations: and will actually cooperate with the homeowners association in perfecting the evasion of its responsibilties.

Simply put: USAA, with the largest litigation department in the insurance industry, has forgotten more about insurance law that the policyholder's lawyer ever knew.
