Homeowner Associations are an abomination and must be abolished. This article has been forwarded to Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger of California. He should hold former Governor Grey Davis responsible for the lost equity and homes of people who were victims of homeowner associations and the Davis/Stirling Common Interest Development Act.
What will Arnold do????

Thank you, Mr. Ross, for so clearly putting into words exactly what so many of the problems we are facing in our own HOA and what we have experienced, much to our own shock, horror and surprise.
Any more suggestions since you have written this piece? I hope to use parts of it in my legal complaint that I am getting ready to file.
What else have you written? Your profile says only that “A.R. Ross is a respected and published journalist.” Did you write this article for ahrc, or was it published elsewhere first?

I must tell you that this is the most well-written piece about HOAs that I have ever seen in print!! Thank you for sharing it it with all of us out here who are fighting the good fight for homeowners' liberties and freedoms!
