I am being sued by Bear Brand at Laguna Niguel Community Association, and being brought to superior court.
All of my queen palms were approved by the Architectural Landscaping Committee of Laguna Niguel Association. These trees are in excellent condition. The BOD's, one a realtor, Brett Smith, developed a "tree committee" comprised of the residents of our community who are made-up of the complainers and their friends changing the view restrictions to sideways and diagonally.
My trees were approved prior to this, and this does not effect the other older homes in our "umbrella" of the association. The BOD's want to destroy 7 of my palms trees, leaving me with no landscape.
AUTHOR PROFILE: I live in Bear Brand Ridge in Laguna Niguel, California . I'm under the Bear Brand at Laguna Niguel Association. The Board of Directors and Transpacific Management have retained Cane, Walker & Harkins.
The Attorney Brad Walker has threatened and harrassed me via telephone and letters wanting me to allow destruction of my approved Queen Palms, as one neighbor who has a panoramic ocean view still wants more, to look directly to their right at my home below them.
Anyone dealing with these people?
