Thanks for writing this book! Heard of it through Vico Confino's Wrath of Condo.
I need some practical information specific to Florida, would this book be useful for that?
We are trying to seperate a small villa from a larger condo assoc. which is draining us dry.

WOW - just finished the book. What an impressive and compelling piece of literature. I will never feel the same about owning a home in an HOA. Strike that - it's not really a "home". It's a lucrative business for industry operatives.
This book also provides loads of sound advice and ways to protect yourself and your home and keep your hard earned money in your pocket instead of the associations.
If you can't afford to move and get out, you really need to be armed with this book.
