I think this sort of thing will continue and soon become quite common--that's why I am considering moving.

This story sounds just like Oakland County and Macomb County Circuit Courts in Michigan.
In my case, my property was transferred when the Judge over looked law and forced me to sign papers without an attorney and coincidentally, both the Judge and my attorney who withdrew, paid off mortgages, and purchased high end real estate within 21 days of each other. Looks like Bribes to me.
The FBI also refused to investigate stating: "maybe this doesn't meet the threshold to start an investigation." and "this [an investigation] could be interpreted as an abuse of power." I SAY BS !
A JUDGE TRANSFERRING CONSTITUTIONALLY PROTECTED PROPERTY RIGHTS IS AN ABUSE OF POWER, WHEN THE JUDGE ACTED IN HIS PERSON AND NOT AS A COURT, AS A COURT WOULD FOLLOW LAW ! AND THERE IS MORE TO BE TOLD ABOUT THE STATE OF MICHIGAN COURTS. see

My God! I'm sorry to hear that you are still going through this. I was under the impression that you were winning this battle.
I'm afraid there is rampant fraud in America's courts, through and through, and not just for landowners.
I have studied so many cases and it is astounding! And these people claim to be "Christians" and talk of their God and look what they do!
It is only those that are deeply religious and are grounded in goodness and love that can save us from these tyrants. May God and truth be with you.
