I think that it's just terrible that a politician - Senator Bill Morrow responded to an FBI employee "with lightening speed" and others get jerked.
This is like bullying in a public school.

As you can imagine, I've heard nothing to date from the folks at Association Management Group or the lawyers, not to worry I did not hold my breath for too long.
I'm wheels up at 0955 today. Sure, you have my permission to do whatever it is your going to do on my behalf, you have had that going back two months ago. About the signature, I have no scanner at home. My cell XXXXXXXX.
I will be on the air this Friday from my condo with Fox 6 San Diego.
All the best.

Mr. Soldier
I contacted the Assocation Management Group and was referred to their attorneys, Epsten-Grinnell. I am sure you are not surprised. The individual whom I was told is the contact is off work today. I left a voicemail with her to call me on Tuesday when our office reopens after the holiday.
Also, in passing through the Association Management Group, I spoke briefly with Jill. She reminded me that even the attorneys cannot speak to me over the phone without first receiving a written authorization from you to allow Senator Morrow and his office to inquire on your behalf. So please send one, as I've requested before..
Now, I am presuming that the information I received very late yesterday afternoon was correct. If not - and hopefully we will know by next Tuesday - we already have a strong letter to send. (But that letter, too, needs to be accompanied by a signed authorization letter from you.)
It can be worded pretty simply. Something like: "I authorize Senator Bill Morrow and his staff to inquire on my behalf in all matters related to my disputed late dues payments to the Villas of Calavera Hills Homeowners Association. The senator and his staff may inquire of the Villas of Calavera Hills homeowners association, the association board members, the Association Management Group, Epsten Grinnell & Howell, APC or any attorneys representing the association or management group in this matter, and any other entities whom they feel a need to contact.
Senator Morrow's activity does not constitute legal services, but is part of his legislative oversight operations and constituent problem resolution services."
If you mail an authorization letter today, we should have it by Tuesday. Or you can scan and email a copy (while still snail-mailing the original). I can use the scanned copy until the original arrives.
Wade
