Re: Article reference: "If there are any members of Pre paid Legal Services reading this, I am not talking to you. Do not contact me."
Why? Because we at prepaid legal services can help now and from future problems...you may do something crazy like ask a lawyer a question before "putting yourself, your family, your future in harms way," again.

Bless you heart and I feel you pain. Of course reading the rules doesnt always ensure your safety.
My covenant had absolutly no rules about commercial vehicles. That is until, "The Board". after exausting all other methods created one.
Now here is the kicker. They literally came out in the middle of the night and took measurements of my husbands truck and then mailed out the new rule a week later. After consulting an attorney I found out that they can do this.
In the two years since several other Commercial Vehicles have been allowed to remain on the property because they do not violate "all ten deminsions" of the rule description and they can therfore do nothing about it.
Good luck in your situation, and please keep up informed as to what becomes of your fight.
