When hip replacement surgery forced Jay into to stop building homes, Jay converted his garage into a full time wood shop and srarted restoring furniture, pianios, and workwork for customers. Jay and Mary Ginder now buy and sell, and as necessary restore antiques and pianios. They ship their pianos and antiques from their Pennsylvnia showroom to buyers all around the country and overseas.
