1. Loosing our lives , homes our offspring's Inherintence in America's Homeowners Associations
I basically lost the equivalent of years of successful living due to all of the stresses caused by a "Unincorporated Non-profit Property Owners Association".

All the Meetings, and "Do Gooders" that so much as attempt to "Fix it" always compounds the problems, No exceptions I am aware of.... Other than 100% ridding of the Property Owners Association status permanently.

How many "TRUE BLUE" Americans would go to war for Civil "Rights" in Iraq? How about Going To U.S. Supreme Court?

I believe with every smigioun of my being that this ASSAULT on home an property owners constitutional rights will only escalate into Indentured servitude of each and everyone of us.

If you are thinking "Conspiracy Theory" - NOT QUITE!

But there is a co-existing network of Greed interests prodding local governments to get in on it and get more tax revenues.

I know that to some that sounds "Loony" but look at assessed property values going up... Every sale is more tax dollars in the local government coffers.

Won't help an individual from a $500. late fee forclosure!

Here is an example of a wrong thing that happens more frequently than many of us realize. Someone that is disabled, on a fixed income can't afford to go to the Supreme Court.

Another thing to consider seriously if you plan on living in your own home when you get too old and disabled to work. An elderly person may not live long enough to go to Supreme Court.

Then, there is the issue of Inheritance. Property Owners Associations are stealing it!, That is what essentially will happen to many of us if we don't "Supreme Court" the most agregous aspects out of existing State and Local Goverments. wrongfull assumptions of whose "greed"o ut weighs whose "rights" and render them out permanently!

Also: I thought that the Supreme Court already decided that, even if you sign on the "dotted line" giving away your civil and constitutional rights, you still have them anyhow.

However a court case that would address those issues would be cost prohibitive for most of us Americans.

The fact is that unless you have somehow violated some unconstitutional "law" and are able to fight it all the way to the Supreme Court on Uncle Sam, we cannot afford it.

So meanwhile we linger on allowing these wrongfull "Conveniences" erode our civil libertyies and potententially loose our homes our offspring's Inheritence.
