I feel that this is a start. We must keep at it in order to win back our rights to home ownership.slowly we will chip away and will win the war. It's only one battle .

Filing a lien can give the attorney MORE money than realized.
I had a lien for an illegal defence of a lawsuit [An association cannot defend or file a lawsuit if they are suspended as a corporation] that stated out as $6,350 and within ten months was more than $20,000 with attorney fees, and interest.
When I went into court with this evdidence Judge Sheldon, [Riverside County Superior Court in Indio] just dismissed it without even hearing verbal arguments.
He is now sitting on another case I am involved in, and, I am asking him to recuse himself.
We shall see.
It ain't easy being a pro per; a lot of bias exists, and of course we aren't "in bed" with the judges.
