Judge gets an unusual scolding

Since I just recently had a judge do the same thing, I would be interested in hearing how they got this information to the authorities so the judge could be "chastized". W
e have a judge who, because I am representing myself against an HOA lawyer, ruled according to the unsubstantiated statements of the lawyer, and refused to hear evidence I attempted to present.
He then ruled that a judge in a previous case ruled the opposite of the actual ruling, even though that judge had stated specifically "I did not so rule". My judge says he did rule.
My judge ruled the opposite of the previous judge, and he ruled the opposite of the appeals court, thereby overturning their decission. He further ruled on an issue he had stated earlier he could not rule upon, as it would require a jury to decide that issue, then he ruled on it anyway.
The judge is Dale P Nielson, Superior court judge, District II, Navajo County, Arizona. This is obviously an "Attorney's Judge" Owned and operated by attornies, and non-attornies confronted by Nielson, watch out.

PS - we amended the deed restrictions prohibiting a mandatory HOA and they still are going strong.

If that is accurate, the judge[s] should be reported to the commission on judicial performance and the attorneys to the State Bar.
It is utterly intolerable for people in my profession to shamelessly violate the public trust associated with the professional monopoly we have been awarded.

A well-deserved scolding it is!
However if that were to become the rule here, that judges could not simply parrot a party's pleadings and make it their own, 75% of the California pro-government criminal appellate case would go out the window.
Our appellate judges shamlessly copy their Attorney General chums' pleadings and sign off on them all the time.

Judge David Chafee of the Orange County Superior Court parroted Peters & Freedman lawyer Jeffrey Pratt's false information about a homeowner defendant.
The Orange County appellate judges repeated the misinformation.
A CNA Insurance malpractice defense lawyer Deborah O'Connor in a malpractice case by the homeowner filed this misinformation in her pleadings after being warned in a deposition it was false.
These lawyers diliberatelyand routinely file false or misleading information, the judges parrot them and together they plunder the citizens of California.
As attorney George Putman says, America's courts are for judgements, not justice!
