USER PROFILEL Hi there! I bought my land on 7-5-67, no Homeowners Association, since then the developer I bought from started a Homeowners Association. The HOA has asked me many times to voluntarily join them...to no avail...I won't! The have tried to FORCE me to join the HOA, taken me to court many times, and the last time I went to Court, Judge Jennings demanded they bring PROOF to him that I am a member of their HOA. NO PROOF, RESIND THEIR JUDGEMENTS AND STOP HARRASSING ME! THAT lasted until the next Board took office, and now their at it again.
