Summary: We have had issues with our board of directors.
We are concerned with our finances, elections conflicts of interest of several of the board of directors
We are in the process of attempting to get new board members and remove our management company.
We have board members buying lots that have been foreclosed upon by our association for non-payment of dues.
We have never had an elected election committee, an election inspector, a finance committee...all of which are required by our CCRs.
Our last treasurer has now appointed herself president of our association.
We are not given an opportunity to vote for the positions held on our board. We are only able to vote for elections to the board, they then assign their own positions.
