This story is an EXCELLENT example of what ONE HOMEOWNER can do to bring justice to homeowners associations everywhere.
Unfortunately, for her -- and especially her husband -- the personal costs can be, and often are, extremely high.
Lives are ruined and lost by corrupt, venal HOA boards of directors and their evil power-and-money seeking attorneys. Those homeowners who have the courage and perseverance to stand up to them should know that they have the undying thanks and gratitude of all the rest of us tyrannized homeowners throughout these United States.

Fullerton the darling of foreclosure lawyers...
When homeowners drove Marquis Managment out of business, she and her manager Pat Gummeson brought in Peters & Freedman to take over the collections and foreclosures in San Juan Capistrano, Palacio del Mar in San Clemente etc.

By the way, Stephen Reeder, a mastermind of the bank fraud scheme was found GUILTY on all counts.

First, your reference to Ms. Fullerton stealing a company from her poor boyfriend, Alan Snyder, is ridiculous.
Look into the principals of Mercury Managment Co. and you will see that Alan Snyder, aka Douglas Johnson, aka Alan Douglas Johnson is no angel.
As for poor Steven Reeder, check to see what the outcome of his trial was. GUILTY. GUILTY. GUILTY. That man deserved more than what he got.

This sounds like what is happen where I live. Except no one will do anything about it. I call everybody about what is going on around here.
I called Council woman, Bonnie Parnell, the Department of Real Estate, The Attorney General Office, Department of Housing, and all I got is, "This not our business". Now I know what slaves and others feel like. We have turned into a third world country.

This observer watched the courtroom drama unfold as Diane Fullerton's lies and deception were used by the the prosecution against another one of her victims. Was it not enough that this wolf in sheep's clothing stole the company from her former boyfriend, Mr. Alan Synder?
Have people not suffered enough from this vixen, the President of Marquis Management Company? She led the real estate/contractor Mr. Reeder, whom she had known for years, into the purchase and sale of real estate in Palm Springs.
Everyone felt her poisoness bite of the President of Marquis.
As the prosecution continues to drink her tainted Kool-Aid and spin the stories from this woman. Beware all of you Homeowner Association members in Atlanta, Georgia as she is still spinning her web of deception.
One can only hope this warning will help you and the members of the jury understand the REAL victims in her bank fraud case as well as homeowners to be aware she is no Georgia peach as she traps people into the same game of deception she did with Marquis Management in the 90's.
We can pray that there are more attorneys like Ed Danoff's in this world who can exercise their million dollar judgments and shed the light of truth in this woman's dark cavern of lies and ruin before any more lives need be destroyed or lost, as in the case of poor Jim Troutman committing suicide. May God give his soul peace and let justice be done or the Heaven's fall to the woman who has hurt so many.

Response to Poster #1 - GREAT POINTS!!
This brings to mind the following quote regarding homeowners associations:
"The traditional concept of 'private property' and hence 'private property RIGHTS' (in homeowner associations) will no longer be applicable. If you no longer have any rights on your own so called 'private property', any other rights beyond that realm are pointless."

Regarding the management in Florida with a similar name - might be worth checking into.
I believe there was a protest against one management company a few years ago in front of the Orange County courthouse in Santa Ana and it did have something to do with a management company and the builder and the builder owning the most votes and late fees and liens being applied without merit, and accounting practices that were really odd and the forced sale of condos as in foreclosure looming over head, being done by somebody with ties to the builder and/or board of directors and/or property management company and/or realtor.
Seems like most of the 'forced' sale victims or targeted victims were minorities as well.
You know the old saying "Oh what wicked web we weave, when we practice to deceive."

Reading of this, is an answered prayer. An answered prayer in seeing wide spread corruption in a community being dealt with.
Being a homeowner in Collin County, Texas, the fastest growing area in the United States has a huge corruption problem. It deals with very aspect of our community and possibly includes even law enforcement at the city level. I pray each day, that the Attorney General of Texas will finally send a team in from Austin to deal with this widespread problem in Collin County.
